Scheduling Your Appointment

When scheduling your appointment we do require a credit card to secure your day and time. Nothing is charged prior to your appointment, unless it is a service requiring a deposit. Please schedule your next appointment prior to leaving to ensure the specific date and time most convenient for you.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the service(s) are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 24 hour notice or no show we reserve the right to charge the card on file a $25 service fee for services reserved less than 60 minutes. If your service duration is reserved for 60 minutes or longer and a less than 24 hour notice or no show we reserve the right to charge the card on file $50 per hour reserved.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for any reserved services less than 24 hour notice or no show

  • After 2 less than 24 hour notices or no shows we will not be able to reserve your services without 25% non-refundable deposit of services reserved.

The cancelation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Color Room Salon & Day Spa team members’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Color Room Salon & Day Spa policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.

Arriving Late 

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrivals may have a reduced  service time or have to reschedule. If your appointment time is shortened you will still be  charged the full amount. If you are over 15 minutes late it will be considered a no show and  your card on file will be charged. A $25 service fee for services reserved less than 60 minutes. If  your service duration is reserved for 60 minutes or longer and a less than 24 hour notice or no  show we reserve the right to charge the card on file $50 per hour reserved.  

Gift Cards 

Gift cards are available in any denomination and can be purchased online or in salon. They may be recharged by you or someone who is close to you. You may use gift card to purchase any of  our services or products. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or gratuities. Gift cards are non-transferable and are non-refundable. Gift cards must be presented at time of service. The Color Room Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced gift cards. 

Refunds and Adjustments 

Color Room Salon & Day Spa prides ourselves on experience and offers the best of our professional knowledge when it comes to your service. We do not offer refunds on services. However, should you have any questions or concerns in regards to your service you have  received please notify us within 48 hours by calling the salon directly. We will schedule you with  your original service provider to address your concerns to the best of their availability. Any adjustments after one week can result in an additional fee.  

All services, gift cards, hair extensions, brushes, hair accessories and make up sales are final.  We will be happy to issue store credit for any slightly used product and it must be made within  30 days from the original purchase date, with your receipt.

Children and Guests 

To provide the utmost experience for our guests here at the Color Room Salon & Day Spa we kindly ask that children not receiving services do not accompany you to your reservation. We ask that if any guests that may accompany you kindly wait in our waiting area. 

Payments and Gratuities 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, AfterPay, personal check and gift cards. When writing a check a valid driver’s license is required and cannot be a starter check. Gratuities cannot be paid by credit card, debit card or gift card.
